There are no flashing lights on the back of the device. Also, I don’t know if this helps, but it has a 001 under the Fitbit logo on the front.

The device should be able to charge without any problems. The pin is clean of dirt or debris and the device is connected normally. So I don’t think it’s a charge issue.

First of all, it should be noted that your Fitbit may take a long time to charge. If you’re not going to wear or charge it for a long time — like a few months — leave it plugged in to charge longer than you think it should.
